School Uniform

Standish Community High School

Uniform 2025

School uniform lists can sometimes seem over-detailed and a little confusing.  At Standish Community High School, we are very precise about our requirements and hopefully this will prevent any misunderstandings.  We do not wish parents to purchase items of uniform that will not be allowed and subsequently replaced with the correct uniform – we do not want our parents/carers spending money on items that we do not allow to be worn.  The full support of parents is requested with regards to their children wearing the correct uniform.  All students at Standish Community High School are expected to conform to the school uniform rules throughout their time at school.

It is our policy to maintain high standards of dress.  Students not wearing full school uniform will be offered spare items from school if available. If spare items are not available, or the appearance breach cannot be resolved, the student will be placed in Respite until the issue is rectified.  The school will be the final arbiter regarding suitability of dress and appearance.
