Careers Fair Success!

On Friday 6th March, Standish Community High School hosted its most impressive Careers Fair to date, bringing together over fifty local, national and global companies under one roof. The event created a real buzz around our school, offering students a valuable chance to explore their future pathways.

Every student had the opportunity to speak directly with delegates from industries linked to their potential career interests. Many also took the chance to discover sectors they had never considered before, broadening their horizons and sparking new ambitions.

A huge thank you goes to all the companies who generously gave their time, as well as to our parents, members of the local community and our wonderful alumni. It was especially inspiring to welcome back former students, who returned to share their fantastic career journeys and offer advice to the next generation.

This year’s fair truly showcased the power of community, aspiration and opportunity and we’re already excited for the next one.
