Suggested Route from the M6:

• Leave the M6 at Junction 27.
• Leave the roundabout at the exit for Standish and A5209.
• At the top of the dual carriageway turn left, still following Standish and A5209.
• Follow the road round until you get to the crossroads in the centre of Standish. Turn left onto A49 Preston Road.
• Follow Preston Road for approximately 1 mile untill you see Kenyon Road on the left. Standish Community High School is signposted off the main road.

Suggested Route from M61:

• Leave the M61 at Junction 6. Leave the roundabout in the direction of Standish/Chorley A6. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A6.
• At the traffic lights turn right onto the B5239 towards Wigan.
• Continue along the B5239 through Aspull and Haigh for a few miles following signs for Standish.
• After several miles, you will cross a small humpbacked bridge, then descend a steep hill towards a roundabout. Turn right onto the A5106.
• Take the first exit at the next roundabout onto the A5209.
• At the crossroads in Standish turn right onto the A49 (Preston Road)
• Continue for approximately 1 mile until you see Kenyon Road on the left. Standish Community High School is signposted off the main road.
